Natasha Taylor is a leader in Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care practice. Her focus is on payer/provider topics including clinical and operating model transformation, payer/provider integration and partnerships, value-based payment, programmatic change, and digital innovation. 

Natasha has extensive experience working on mergers and acquisitions with providers, payers, and physician groups. She has also led numerous transformation engagements, including an end-to-end cost and clinical function transformation for a national health system. In addition, she developed a growth blueprint for a national payer government business (Medicaid, Medicare Advantage), including end-to-end program transformation (strategy, product design, marketing, and sales and distribution). 

Before joining BCG, Natasha worked at The Advisory Board Company, a health care research and consulting firm in Washington, where she focused on strategic planning and capital allocation guidance for hospitals.
