Riddhish Dubal joined Boston Consulting Group in March 2019. He is a core member of the firm’s Principal Investors and Private Equity (PIPE) and TURN practice areas, working to advise global investment firms on investment diligence, transformation of portfolio companies, organization, and strategy.

Riddhish has many years of experience successfully delivering EBITDA expansion and additive value creation through executing performance and profit enhancement, interim and operations management, large scale transformation, and M&A transactions. He has also worked with clients on operational turnarounds and restructuring.

Riddhish’s clients have spanned many industries including aerospace and defense, automotive and transportation, construction and building services, consumer and industrial products, entertainment and media, financial and business services, food and beverage, gaming and hospitality, health care and medical devices, real estate and development, retail and grocery, and technology and telecommunications.

Prior to joining BCG, Riddhish was a managing director and sector leader for private equity performance improvement with Alvarez & Marsal and a managing director and national practice leader for operational due diligence at KPMG. He also served for 11 years in various leadership and executive management roles at Chrysler.
