Robin West is responsible for leading the BCG Center for Energy Impact.

With more than 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, he has advised chief executives of leading national and international oil and gas companies on corporate strategy, portfolio management, acquisitions, divestitures, and investor relations.

Robin previously founded and served as chairman of PFC Energy from 1984 to 2013. Prior to that, Robin served in a number of US government roles, including as assistant secretary of the interior for policy, budget, and administration (1981 to 1983), with responsibility for US offshore oil policy.
