Tomas Nordahl rejoined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015, after leaving to work for Sandvik in 2011. Tomas leads the Industrial Goods practice in the Nordics and is a core member of the Operations and People & Organization practice.

At Sandvik, Tomas was an executive vice president responsible for IT, sourcing, strategy, and M&A. He was also the business area president of Sandvik Venture, which included a diverse set of businesses: industrial tools, drilling equipment for mining and oil and gas, and processing equipment.

Prior to joining Sandvik, Tomas spent 17 years with BCG working with leading Nordic and global industrial and technology companies on topics such as strategy, commercialization, and growth, and operational improvement programs.

Tomas is a member of BCG's Industrial Goods global leadership team.
