Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Working at BCG in Budapest—and across Southeastern Europe—offers a unique opportunity to combine local expertise with global BCG know-how. This is a lively and dynamic workplace, where you’ll work with the leading national and international companies.
BCG Budapest opened in 1997 and has grown significantly since then, becoming a trusted partner of Hungary’s major companies. Because of our geographical location, we have quickly developed a presence in the surrounding countries, as well. In the fall of 2014, we expanded further by developing local teams of consultants in Slovenia and Croatia.
Our client pool is composed of top corporations in Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, and Slovakia. Working together closely with other European offices, we provide services to leading national and international companies in various industries, such as energy, financial institutions, telecommunications, and transportation.
To foster a positive office atmosphere, the Budapest office organizes several activities: office get-togethers, our annual office outing, a Christmas party, and sports tournaments. These events are not obligatory but are organized for and by those who would like to join. On a smaller scale there are case team outings and department outings, usually organized by the participants themselves.
We are proud of our Integrom Program, a social experiment that brings together the civil and corporate sector to build the missing bridge between Roma job seekers and the corporate labor market. The program was initiated and coordinated by BCG, in cooperation with a local foundation.
I consider joining BCG the best professional choice I ever made. The reason is simple: BCG offers its employees a unique combination of solving challenging tasks, working with inspiring people, and helping ambitious clients to figure out solutions to their problems and achieve their goals. All this happens in an environment that provides friendly cooperation, fast professional development, and flexibility in shaping one's own career path.
Now we are truly excited by the perspective of building a strong BCG in Hungary and Southeast Europe—to serve leading companies and institutions and to enable positive change in business and society.
Your path at BCG will probably be different from mine and completely your own. But wherever it takes you, it will provide you with many opportunities to develop yourself. If you are curious, analytical, and passionate, I invite you to get to know us better.
