For the third consecutive year, Consulting magazine honored BCG with the publication's Excellence in Social & Community Investment Award. The award recognizes consultancies for outstanding client service on a pro bono, discounted, or volunteer basis at the local or global level. The 2016 award heralded BCG's work helping the Dallas Independent School District with its early childhood strategy. Previous awards recognized BCG’s work with the UN Mission for Emergency Ebola Response and with Save the Children International.
Universum, an employer branding company, has ranked BCG number 12 on its list of the world's Most Attractive Employers for business students in 2016. The ranking reflects a survey of more than 265,000 students at top academic institutions; the students were asked to choose their ideal companies to work for.
The careers website Vault.com has ranked BCG the number two consulting firm among potential employees for 2017. BCG has ranked in the top three since Vault began the survey in 2011. Vault's survey of consultants looked at factors such as firm prestige, employee satisfaction, firm culture, compensation, and work-life balance. BCG ranked number two overall in the areas of prestige, benefits, and compensation.
Since the inception of Consulting magazine's Top 25 Consultants list in 2000 to recognize the most influential leaders in the industry, no fewer than 20 BCG partners have been honored. Many of our people have also been celebrated with the publication's prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award and other accolades. These are some of our award winners.
BCG's Greater China Leader Carol Liao is one of four women recognized for excellence in leadership in 2016.
Carol is a core member of the firm's Consumer practice as well as the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice, and she is a member of the Global Advantage practice.
BCG's social impact expert Wendy Woods is one of four women recognized for excellence in leadership in 2015.
Wendy Woods is the leader of the Social Impact practice, topic leader of The Boston Consulting Group’s global health work, and a member of the Health Care practice.
Stefan is the global leader of BCG's health care payers and providers sector. He has been a BCG Fellow since 2010.
His recognition as one of the Top 25 Consultants was specifically for "excellence in health care." Stefan focuses on the topic of value-based health care—that is, how transparency within health care outcomes and patient group costs will drive the transformation of health care systems.
Tom is BCG's chairman of North America, a position he has held since January 2013. He previously served as global leader of BCG’s Information Technology practice (now called the Technology Advantage practice) from 2010 to 2012.
His recognition as one of the Top 25 Consultants was specifically for "excellence in leadership." He serves on BCG's Executive Committee.
BCG's leadership expert Roselinde Torres is one of a dozen women recognized for outstanding achievement in 2014 and one of four in the category of leadership.

Iván joined BCG in 1987 and is a senior partner in the Madrid office. He is the global leader of the firm's Energy practice and is also an active member of the Industrial Goods and Organization practices.

Antonella is a member of the worldwide Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices, and she is the leader of BCG's global media and branding topics.
She previously served on BCG's Executive Committee and our European Management Team and led the firm's global marketing efforts. Antonella was also named one of the Top 25 Consultants in 2008.
