Leandro Paez is a core member of the Consumer Goods, Corporate Development, and Strategy practices at Boston Consulting Group.

Leandro has experience in structuring and managing large transformation and turnaround programs (including PMI, divestitures, and efficiency/growth projects) in several sectors, including energy, industrial goods, and consumer goods. Leandro also specializes in strategy definition, brand positioning, and company due diligence.

Prior to joining BCG in 2011, Leandro worked as a sourcing analyst at Brasil Foods. He also worked with aftermarket strategy at a German multinational.
