Wenjing Pu is a member of Boston Consulting Group's Public Sector and Industrial Goods practices, focusing on infrastructure, transport, and cities (ITC) work. Wenjing joined BCG in 2018 bringing ten years of experience in transportation and mobility including with the US Department of Transportation and the World Bank. At BCG, he also gained deep expertise in cities, construction, and real estate.

Wenjing has worked on more than 60 client cases since joining BCG, including extended staffing on a strategic planning and revamped organization design for a national transportation department, an ESG (environmental, social, and governance) climate transition framework for commercial real estate sector for a major multinational bank, and a due diligence for a public transit provider.

In his recent work, Wenjing has been focused on the implications of the $1 trillion Bipartisan Infrastructure Law for governments and companies, and improving quality of life through effective infrastructure stimulus and investments, including public-private partnerships (PPPs). Wenjing is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Maryland and held Level 2 Certification as a Federal Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
