Jason Vickers

Principal, Toronto Consultant Recruiting Director

Jason Vickers is a Principal & Consultant Recruiting Director in BCG’s Toronto office. He first joined the firm as a Summer Consultant in 2011, and returned full-time in 2012.
He primarily works with clients in the Media, Telecommunications, and Consumer Goods sectors.  His project work has been focused on Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A, Value Creation Programs, as well as various Organization topics.  Prior to BCG Jason worked at another consulting firm.
Jason earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, where he graduated with distinction. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University, where he graduated with First Class Honours, and competed as a member of the Varsity Golf Team.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and 1-year old son, golfing, skiing, and following the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Andrew Segal

Project Leader, Rotman MBA Captain

Andrew is a Project Leader in BCG’s Toronto office. He returned full-time in summer 2014 after completing a summer internship in 2013. During his time at BCG, Andrew has worked on multiple projects for Canadian TMT clients as well as a variety of projects across other industries. Prior to joining BCG, Andrew worked for five years as a television news reporter and producer at stations in the United States and Canada. He was also a sports radio broadcaster and wrote for newspapers, magazines and online publications. Andrew has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a Master of Science in Journalism from the Medill School at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. Andrew is a long-time competitive trivia buff, who competed in tournaments throughout high school and university. In 2005, he appeared as a contestant on “Jeopardy!”.

Jette Tam

Recruiting Associate

Jette is a Recruiting Associate at BCG. Since joining BCG, Jette has looked after Associate hiring across Canada, and currently manages MBA and Experienced hiring. Prior to joining BCG, Jette was a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Michael Page International, recruiting for a variety of different clients and roles in consumer goods, retail, industrial, and professional services across Canada. Jette holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts double majoring in Employment Relations and English in 2009, and a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations in 2010 from the University of Toronto.

In her spare time, Jette loves to travel, discover new restaurants, and watching films.

Lawrence Kuo

Recruiting Partner

Lawrence Kuo is a Partner in BCG’s Toronto office. He joined the firm as an Associate in 1999 after working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at a startup in the Silicon Valley. Since joining BCG, Lawrence has developed strategies to enhance growth, drive operational efficiency and restructure organizations. He has also managed client relationships across telecom, media, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. In 2007, Lawrence left BCG and joined Rogers Communications. Lawrence first joined the strategy group at Rogers as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Planning. In this role, he worked to develop and implement key strategic initiatives across the Wireless, Cable and Media companies. Lawrence subsequently held the position of Vice President, Video Product Management where he was responsible for delivering $1.9B in video revenue. After spending almost 6 years with Rogers, Lawrence returned to BCG as a Principal in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University, a Master of Science from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia University. When not at work, Lawrence enjoys running, skiing, playing piano and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
