Something I'm deeply passionate about, that I get to explore at BCG, is the cross-pollination between design thinking and BCG’s analytical techniques of problem solving—and how they mingle to enrich the work we do.
My background is user experience and digital design, and my work at BCG focuses on how people experience and consume digital products. I help reimagine customer journeys for digital solutions in industries spanning from consumer goods to banking.
My tenure at BCG has been a dream run with many exciting and challenging opportunities to explore how design thinking can be used in practical client situations to gain a new perspective and expand the art of the possible. The collaborative and inclusive spirit that I encountered in my first case, and then in each subsequent case, is what makes BCG unique in my view.

Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: What I love about being at BCG is the people I get to work with. BCGers are an inspiring bunch of incredibly smart and yet humble folks who come together to make light of the most complex challenges.
Q: When did you know you belonged at BCG?
A: I was given an opportunity to work on creating a visual metaphor that conveyed BCG India’s 2020 strategy. It was a challenging ask, and I came up with some very abstract ideas. The way the ideas were received—and the ready acceptance for this kind of creative thinking—really convinced me that finally I was in the right place with exactly the right set of people.
Q: What advice would you give to someone who wants to work at BCG?
A: As a designer, I admit at first I was apprehensive about joining BCG. But my time here has removed all doubt that this place is absolutely the best place to work—never mind your background and skill sets, as long as you bring your thunder!
