BCG has supported my growth and set me up for success. Being surrounded by intelligent and humble people and learning new things from them every single day is the most wonderful thing I could ever ask for.
Before coming to BCG, I did not realize how much I could do with my skills and knowledge. BCG has been an eye opener and certainly a game changer for me as I have experienced and seen the magnitude of impact that I can have. There are endless opportunities here to work in multiple industries and functional practices, as well as with a diverse group of extremely intellectual people. Working at BCG has definitely pushed me to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
To give one example, I was once on a team with consultants from all around the globe to revolutionize the credit-underwriting process. This is a process that been done in a traditional way for many years. The results were astounding as we shortened the processing time by 80%. We created a huge impact—one that changed the future of the banking industry. From that moment on, I understood why people say that there is no limit to what we can do at BCG.

Q: When did you know you belonged at BCG?
A: I had heard so much about BCG before I joined, since BCG is truly a thought leader in the business world, but I never thought that one day I would work here. While studying for my MBA, I had many opportunities to learn more about BCG, including the time when Indra Nooyi, the CEO of PepsiCo and a BCG alumnus, gave a speech. She mentioned how BCG helped shape her growth trajectory and contributed to her success. That was the moment that I realized BCG was the firm I wanted to work for.
Q: What’s your home office environment like?
A: The atmosphere of the Bangkok office is cozy, with around 50 members of the staff. We are located on the top floor of a building in a central business district where you can witness the beauty of Bangkok’s Lumpini Park. Our consultants have incredibly diverse backgrounds, from professional actors to neuroscientists, and we are a fun and energetic bunch—just like our city. We also boast unique, fun office activities on the last Friday of each month.
Q: What skills or talents do you hope to develop in the next few years?
A: I am looking forward to sharpening my leadership skills in the next few years. At BCG, you not only have the opportunity to lead a team but also to work side-by-side with top management from top organizations and learn from them. I truly believe that when you spend most of your time with great people, you will become one. This is the best chance for me to learn and become a future leader.
