Working as an intern at BCG is more than an opportunity to bolster your résumé without interfering in your academic commitments. It also offers the potential to launch a career at BCG, as a vast majority of our interns receive offers for full-time positions.
As a BCG intern, you’ll be able to apply what you’ve learned at school and through personal experience to a real client challenge. You’ll work with and be mentored by BCG consultants, and you’ll take responsibility for specific components of a client project. As a case team member, you’ll gain a 360-degree perspective on life as a BCG consultant—from working on client projects to socializing with colleagues.
Orientation and training sessions aimed at providing additional insight into the consulting profession are offered throughout your internship, giving you a complete view of what it would be like to work as a BCG consultant after you graduate.
BCG internships are generally two to three months long but can vary from a few weeks to a year, depending on the role and location.
Undergrad Internship Opportunities
The undergrad internship program can last from 6 to 12 months and is aimed to students who are currently in their last year before graduating.
The process takes place twice a year, typically in March and August.
MBA Internship Opportunities – Summer Program
The MBA summer internship is a 2-3 months program that will take place in the MBA Summer Break.
