Global Leader, Enablement
Andrew Dyer joined The Boston Consulting Group in 1994 and was appointed senior partner in May 2007. He is the global leader of the firm's Enablement initiative. Previously, he served as the global leader of the People & Organization practice area.
Andrew has over 20 years of consulting experience supporting senior executives in leading companies around the world, with a particular focus on financial and other service sectors. His areas of expertise include strategy, organization design, and large-scale change management.
Postmerger integration is a key interest of Andrew’s. He was a central figure in a recent major Australian PMI, providing support to the clients, executive team, and board—from strategy through due diligence and implementation. He was also the driving force behind BCGs research into Pathways to Accountable, Engaged, and Effective Organizations, ensuring its broader application across client work, especially in financial services companies.
Andrew’s clients include companies from across Asia-Pacific, UK, and North America. He has worked with clients in banking (retail and investment), insurance (life and general), telecommunications, health insurance, and consumer goods.
Prior to joining BCG, Andrew spent five years working for the Commonwealth Bank in corporate banking and capital markets. He has also worked for the Australian Federal Government.
