Atul Agarwal is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Operations and Consumer practices and a global topic expert for supply chain and manufacturing.
Since joining BCG in 2013, Atul has worked with clients across industries on innovation strategy and execution, supply chain integration, demand management, network optimization, and manufacturing strategy. He has helped clients improve operations networks, develop their idea-to-market process, and build capabilities for innovation.
Atul has also led a complete supply chain redesign for a major consumer electronics entity, consolidated operations for a global luxury goods player, and defined the corporate strategy for a leading worldwide-courier company.
Before joining BCG, Atul was vice president of innovation at Douwe Egberts and head of innovation at British American Tobacco. He played a key role in the launch of Pepsi’s and Kellogg’s operations in India, and previously worked for Booz & Company in London.
