Charlotte Degot is a member of BCG GAMMA, Boston Consulting Group’s entity dedicated to data science and advanced analytics. She is the climate and sustainability lead for BCG GAMMA globally. In particular, she founded and is the global lead for the development of a patented solution: BCG CO2 AI, that aids corporations on their sustainability journeys. She is also a leader in the firm’s work in digital operations in consumer packaged goods. Her work for GAMMA focuses on driving the design and delivery of AI-powered transformation programs. Her experience covers algorithms and software (data science/optimization), data management and governance, and business/process transformation and change management.
