Guillaume has extensive expertise in developing brand and growth strategies for consumer products companies, touching on topics such as demand-centric growth, marketing effectiveness, go-to-market strategies, supply chain, large-scale transformation, and people strategy development.
Before joining BCG, he worked at Arthur Andersen.
