Joseph Halverson joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He is a member of the firm’s People & Organization practice. Joseph has worked across many industries, but most extensively with oil and gas and industrial goods companies.

In his recent work with BCG, Joseph designed the operating model for the technical center of a global oil and gas company; and reimagined the hire-to-retire process for a global mining company, including evaluating and implementing new digital tools, processes, and operating model improvements to eliminate over 50,000 hours of administrative overtime.

Prior to joining BCG, Joseph worked at Trinity Consultants as an environmental consultant handling air compliance related issues across multiple industries; including oil and gas, industrial goods, and manufacturing. Joseph also worked both at Baker Botts, L.L.P. in the patent law practice group, and at HEVT, a clean energy startup.
