Patrick Staudacher joined Boston Consulting Group in 2008. Most of his work focuses on the airlines, and aerospace and defense industry sectors. Patrick leads the Post-Merger Integration topic in Central Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

As a PMI expert, Patrick has supported multiple global integrations across industries. He has deep expertise managing IMOs, setting up and running clean teams, designing and facilitating synergy processes, managing operating model design and org transitions, setting up culture and change management programs, and leading functional integrations.

As a core member of BCG's European aerospace and defense team, Patrick has worked for OEMs as well as suppliers on a broad range of topics: strategy development, digital transformations, and program management, as well as operations-related projects.

In the aviation sector Patrick has worked extensively in passenger services, as well as catering, cargo, MRO, and airports. He has experience in commercial and operations topics. He has also supported a number of strategy and M&A related efforts.

Before joining the firm, Patrick worked for six years for Siemens in Munich and New York.
