Linda Zou is a member of Boston Consulting Group's Consumer and Marketing, Sales, and Pricing practices. She leads the future of retail topic for BCG.

Since joining in 2013, Linda has primarily focuses on clients in the retail industry. She is experienced in a wide range of topics for retailers, including strategy development, digital commerce, category management, procurement, pricing and promotions, loyalty, and transformation. She has led large-scale programs with retailers around the world.

Prior to BCG, Linda was a public sector consultant and set up large-scale transformation programs in developing countries.
