Marco Valentini

Recruiting Partner

Marco Valentini, Partner and Managing Director, Miami, joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2004 in the Milan office. Marco is a core member of BCG’s Retail, Consumer Goods, and Travel & Tourism practices. During his time at BCG, Marco has worked mainly on strategy, transformation, and operations, in Retail, Consumer Goods, and Airlines sectors. Marco holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi. During his MBA he worked as a Summer Associate in Bank of America and attended an exchange program at CEIBS in Shanghai. Marco graduated cum laude in Economics and Management and is a lecturer at the University of Genoa. In his spare time, Marco enjoys golf, snowboarding, and traveling.

Amanda Rahman

Recruiting Coordinator

Amanda Rahman is the Recruiting Coordinator in our Miami office. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of South Florida. She originally is from New York, but has been in Florida since 1997, currently in Miami for the last 6 years. Before joining BCG, Amanda spent 5 years in recruiting capacities for Fortune 500 companies and private clients. She also worked for Tiffany & Co in a retail capacity. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, snorkeling, and yoga.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
