Digital growth architects are responsible for developing a growth strategy leveraging advanced digital-marketing tools—from planning to launch and including tracking and optimization. You will be in charge of turning insights into tangible action plans that will result in business growth.
You’ll provide input into multichannel growth strategies, leveraging marketing tools such as search engine optimization, social media, and mobile native. You will be in charge of defining and validating core KPIs—such as cost per metrics, retention, ROI, and liftetime value—to drive business growth.
As a growth architect, you’ll grow in your ability to think strategically and creatively by analyzing and synthesizing data, recommending and executing courses of action. The role will help you develop an entrepreneurial spirit to shape growth initiatives and drive businesses.
We are looking for individuals with experience in industry, in consulting, or at agencies who have a passion for building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and services. We are looking for people who have previous marketing or user-acquisition and growth experience, particularly in consumer-facing digital products and services.
Our growth architects have hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mix Panel, AppsFlyer, and Facebook Power Editor, as well as a proven ability to think strategically and creatively by analyzing and synthesizing information and then making recommendations and taking action.
