Martin Danoesastro is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice and the global leader for the digital topic in the firm’s People and Organizations practice. He has worked in BCG’s Melbourne and Amsterdam offices.
Since joining BCG in 1998, Martin has acquired extensive experience in the banking and insurance industries, as well as deep expertise on the effects of digital on organizations and ways of working. He has focused on projects in strategy, postmerger integration, digital technology, agile transformation, and organizational design.
