Rachel Kilman

Recruiting Assistant

Rachel Kilman is a member of the New York consultant recruiting team where she helps coordinate lateral efforts and on campus recruiting at Yale SOM and NYU Stern. Prior to BCG, she graduated from Davidson College and worked as an Associate Strategist at a Media Agency in Manhattan. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys discovering new restaurants and activities throughout New York City.

Rajiv Chegu

North American Summer Consultant Specialist '16-'17

Rajiv Chegu is a Yale SOM alum and a BCG project leader based in the Boston office. He spent his summer at BCG in 2013 prior to joining the team full time in 2014. He worked as a Program Officer at the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation focusing on equity investments in socially-focused companies, prior to which he worked in litigation consulting. In his free time, Rajiv enjoys squash, hiking, and cooking.

Noah Walker

North American Summer Consultant Specialist '16-'17

Noah Walker is a BCG project leader based in the Boston office. Prior to joining the firm, Noah was a Legislative Research Assistant to U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer in Washington, D.C. Noah holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a Masters in Environmental Management from Yale University, and a Bachelor in Political Science from Middlebury College. In his spare time, Noah enjoys hiking, running, playing tennis. His interests include impact investing, energy, and clean technology.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Coordinator

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Coordinator, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.

Taylor Smith

Recruiting Partner

Taylor Smith, Partner and Managing Director, New York office, joined BCG in 2005. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Williams College. While at BCG, Taylor has worked across a variety of industries, with a focus on consumer and retail. Prior to BCG, Taylor was an associate at Lehman Brothers. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, exploring the New York restaurant scene, and complaining about the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
