Ramiro Palma is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications; Strategy; and Industrial Goods practices at Boston Consulting Group. In 2015-2016, he served as a project leader for the BCG Henderson Institute supporting the Strategy Lab. Ramiro has advised clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications and industrial-goods sectors on topics including go-to-market strategy, large-scale transformation, and organizational design.

Ramiro’s recent case experience includes organizational transformation and redesign for a major engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm, coordination and resource planning for the largest agile transformation ever undertaken by a tech company, and development of career progression and staffing planning for a large-scale transformation.

Prior to joining BCG in 2013, Ramiro spent time working in venture capital, in the medical-devices industry, and as an entrepreneur.
