Sammie Still

Recruiting Associate

Samantha joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Recruiting Associate in November 2016. She focuses on Associate recruiting efforts for the Washington, DC office and manages the undergraduate recruiting process for both the University of Virginia and Georgetown University. Prior to joining BCG, Samantha worked in senior level recruiting at a healthcare and higher education consulting firm. She holds a BS in Family Science and Sociology from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Jeffrey Kovick

Recruiting Manager

Jeff joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant in 2012 after his 2010 summer internship with the firm, and was a Project Leader in the DC office. His cases focused primarily on retail and travel & tourism, where he worked on digital and post-merger strategies, sales force effectiveness, and developing operating models. Prior to joining BCG, Jeff ran a medical device start-up, worked with United Airlines as a media spokesperson, and held several positions working in international development. Jeff holds a BA in Political Science and African Studies from Duke University and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, where he concentrated in strategy and decision sciences. In his free time, Jeff enjoys traveling, reading The Economist, and watching and playing sports.

Justin Dean

Recruiting Partner

Justin Dean, Partner and Managing Director, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2008. Prior to joining BCG, Justin worked for the NV Energy as a Senior Regional Engineer in transmission and distribution services, managing the construction and maintenance of distribution infrastructure in Las Vegas and coordinating engineering standards across other local gas and water utilities. He also worked as a Lead Design Engineer for ALSTOM Power, overseeing steam turbine and generator maintenance and engineering projects. Justin received a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He also holds a Masters of Engineering Management with a concentration in Manufacturing Operations from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Kylie Philbin

School Specialist, Associate

Kylie Philbin joined The Boston Consulting Group as an Associate in Fall, 2015. Since joining, her work has spanned from Pharmaceuticals to Consumer and Retail cases working specifically on an integration PMO, organizational design, a female retailer's strategy assessment, and an effort to standardize best practices across a consumer company. Prior to joining BCG, Kylie interned at an advertising firm in NYC. Kylie holds her BS in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce where she concentrated in Management and Marketing. In her free time, Kylie loves trying new restaurants, being outdoors, playing tennis, and spending time with friends.

Robert Hayes

School Specialist, Associate

Robbie Hayes joined The Boston Consulting Group as an Associate in 2014. His project work has been in retail, professional services, and travel and tourism, where he has worked on cases in organization design, indirect spend cost reduction, and consumer insights. Prior to joining BCG, Robbie interned with another consulting firm and a defense contractor working as a business analyst on software development teams. Robbie holds a BS in Systems Engineering and Economics, with a minor in Engineering Business from UVA. In his free time, Robbie enjoys following UVA basketball, playing fantasy football, and exploring DC on the weekends.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
