Jon Webster is a member of the Financial Institutions and Technology Advantage practices at Boston Consulting Group. He advises senior executives on digital and technology-enabled transformation in retail banking, commercial banking, and insurance. Jon has extensive experience advising on and operationally leading customer journey developments, agile at scale implementations, and core-technology enabled transformations and renewals. He is passionate about helping teams and organizations adapt to the new challenges that digital places on both people (skills, leadership styles, ways of working) and businesses (operating models, organization design, business models).

Jon was previously Chief Information Officer for Digital and Transformation at Lloyds Banking Group in the UK, and the Chief Operating Officer for the bank’s digital division. Jon rejoined BCG in 2021 after working as a partner in the Financial Institutions and Digital practices of another international management consultancy.
