Manuela Waldner is one of the Digital@BCG topic leaders at Boston Consulting Group. She is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Technology Advantage practice areas at the firm, and her focus is on technology advantage topics such as the future of automation, the industrial internet of things, and mobility automation.

Manuela has managed multiple large scale transformations, including several digital transformations and post-merger integrations. She is an expert in developing target operating models, process redesigns, and changing ways of working to reflect the new digital era in automotive, engineering, industrial goods, and manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining BCG, Manuela worked for three years at KPMG Transaction Services and specialized in M&A projects and restructuring in various industries (aviation, energy, and manufacturing).
