Ola Bennerholm leads Boston Consulting Group's Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice and Corporate Finance's Transaction and Integration team for Hong Kong. He is also a core member of the Financial Institutions and Corporate Finance & Strategy practices, with a focus on transactions and integration. He supports large corporate and private equity clients in their transaction activities throughout the deal cycle.

Ola has significant transaction and due diligence experience in various industries, particularly financial institutions, health care, industrial goods, and consumer. In addition, he has worked on post-merger integration in banking and energy. Before joining BCG, he worked at McKinsey & Company, the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Handelsbanken Capital Markets, and Morgan Stanley. He also spent two years as a Diplomat in Swedish Embassies (Kiev, Kaliningrad, and Warsaw).

He did his military service in the Swedish Intelligence, and was appointed lieutenant in the Swedish reserve forces in 2002.
