Year 2035: Talent War in the Digital Age
In the digital economy, human qualities that can’t be replaced by technology are becoming more prominent. Most enterprises encounter the three challenges in managing the top talent and the four challenges in managing millennial talent. In order to meet talent war in the digital economy, BCG suggests that Chinese companies overthrow the existing framework of human resources management, to create an environment, mechanisms, and tools geared toward the preferences of these professionals, while tying them to the community’s characteristics and the business reality. Only in this way will we realize mutual benefits for the individual employee and the organization.
