Dolly Meese is managing director and head of global offerings at BrightHouse, a Boston Consulting Group company, and currently serves on the BrightHouse board. BrightHouse is a global creative consultancy that pioneered the practice of helping organizations uncover their timeless purpose to grow their people, profits, and social impact.

Dolly formerly served as executive vice president and chief strategy officer for BrightHouse. She has deep expertise leading clients in financial services, industrial goods, energy, health care, technology, professional services, consumer goods, food and beverage, government, and non-profits. Dolly has been with BrightHouse for much of its history and has worked extensively on purpose-driven cultural and strategic transformations as well as branding and communications.

Prior to joining BrightHouse in 2007, Dolly was with Zyman Group where she played a key role on brand strategy and go-to-market projects for global B2B and B2C organizations. She has experience working for multinational corporations, including Kimberly-Clark and Siemens Power Generation.
