Sanjay Verma is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Technology Advantage practice.

Sanjay is a leader of BCG’s work in the areas of the cloud, big data, and the internet of things, and he has advised numerous clients on IT support sourcing optimization and IT end-user operations effectiveness. He also has extensive experience implementing modern development environments and helping companies transform into agile organizations.

In addition, Sanjay has developed cloud support strategies and IT cost reduction plans for companies in a wide range of high-tech segments. In his client engagements, he draws on more than ten years of experience developing and implementing enterprise solutions.

Before joining BCG in 2014, Sanjay led the cloud solutions business at Flextronics. He previously worked for McKinsey & Co., where he led the high-tech, lean IT, and software development practices on the US West Coast. Earlier in his career, Sanjay was an architect at Times Ten (acquired by Oracle), where he earned multiple patents for inventing technologies for the Times Ten in-memory database engine.
