Shelly Trench is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group. She is a global functional leader for BCG’s climate and sustainability business and is also a core member of the firm’s Energy practice.

Shelly has led significant projects on strategy, sustainability, portfolio management, green ventures, innovation, net zero, and cost management. Through her work, Shelly has provided strategic advice to global leaders of the world's largest public and private institutions. She helps shareholders and executives to deliver on corporate priorities through focused functional and operational projects.

She has also been a lead taskforce member for the B20 and country ambassador to the Commonwealth Youth Forum, where she has worked across developed and developing countries.

Shelly is a graduate of Harvard Business School and a Chemical Engineer. She has extensive experience serving regional and global companies in the US, Asia, Middle East, Caribbean.
