Kaustav Mukherjee leads The Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice in India, serving both Indian and international clients on a wide range of energy-related topics.
Over the course of his career, Kaustav has held roles in both industry and consulting across numerous sectors, including oil and gas, power, cement, chemicals and petrochemicals, metals and mining, and transportation. His work has covered topics such as growth strategy, operations improvement, supply chain and logistics, and organizational change.
Prior to joining BCG, Kaustav was a partner at A.T. Kearney and head of that firm’s energy practice in Asia-Pacific. He was previously a global product line manager at Schlumberger, where he was responsible for a $100 million business line.
