Raphael Pfaeltzer has been with Boston Consulting Group since 2008. He is a core member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy and Health Care practice areas. In 2017 and 2018, Raphael was a BCG Henderson Institute Ambassador, associated with the Strategy Lab of BHI, and focusing on the future of work. He led the joint Future of Work research project with the Harvard Business School.

Raphael also worked as an ambassador out of the firm’s Copenhagen office for a year in 2013-2014. His client work focuses on strategy, corporate transactions and operational improvement.
