BCG Scholarship

The Prague Office of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) invites applications for its very first 2018 Scholarship program, which will be awarded to a current Czech or Slovak university student to support their master studies abroad.

In 2018, two scholarships are available. Your application is not only an opportunity to compete for the 250 000 Czech Crowns (to be divided between two students) worth of scholarship but also to potentially secure a graduate position with BCG, the world’s fastest-growing premium management consulting firm.

Who Should Apply?

We encourage applications from students who demonstrate exceptional ability in four areas:

  • Academic performance. A student who graduated in the top of his or her class
  • Leadership. A leader who thrives in a team environment
  • Critical thinking. Someone who loves to solve challenging problems
  • Communication. A great communicator, in person and in writing

Who is Eligible?

There are some specific criteria to be eligible for the scholarship. To be eligible, an applicant must be

  • A Czech or Slovak citizen
  • Applying to a master degree program at a university outside of the Czech Republic or a student already enrolled in master degree program

How do I Apply?

To apply for the Scholarship, you must upload the following documents:

  • A motivational letter outlining (limit of 500 words):
    • a time you went beyond what was defined or expected
    • the main factors which have influenced your personal development
    • a time when you had a significant impact on a person, group or organization
    • what has been your biggest failure

        The letter should be addressed to the Coordinator Dobromila Klimanova with the subject line (Ref: 2018 Scholarship)

Applications close:

April 8, 2018

Applicants will be notified of the results by April 13, 2018. Successful applicants will be invited for final round taking place in Prague on April 20, 2018.
