Andrew Jennings is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology Advantage and Financial Institutions practices. Andrew focuses on agile at scale, large-scale transformation, artificial intelligence, strategy, and culture change in industries including financial institutions, technology, and insurance.
Andrew has worked on numerous large efforts and transformations for global banks, asset managers, and insurance companies, including multiple Fortune 50 companies.
Recently, he led the design and implementation of an agile software development model for a global investment bank, including a coordinated DevOps strategy; advised a global logistics company on its artificial intelligence strategy; and led the design of the digital operating model for a global insurance provider.
Before joining BCG, Andrew worked in the Windows Operating Systems Group at Microsoft, where he was an engineer for efforts ranging from security/authentication, to user interface design and customer experience.
