Micah Jindal is a core member of the Financial Institutions and Insurance practices at Boston Consulting Group and leads BCG's work in mortgages and real estate in North America. In this capacity, he has worked on engagements involving digital innovation, operating model design, risk remediation, M&A and due diligence, channel execution, cost transformation, and organizational design. He has worked with originators, servicers, providers of technology (such as origination platform), support services (such as title, valuation, and field services), private equity, government sponsored entities, and regulators.

He also has deep expertise serving regional banks and P&C insurers on the West Coast on topics such as cost transformation, organization design, and total shareholder return strategies.

He is currently serving as both the alumni node and career services node for BCG’s Los Angeles office.

Micah has been a panelist at mortgage industry conferences and publishes reports on the industry, including a quarterly report on the top 15 originators and servicers immediately after earnings releases. His paper “How digital mortgage solutions can help win the war against margin compression” was cited in The Wall Street Journal. Before joining the firm, Micah was a consultant at Marakon Associates, where he worked on business unit growth strategies for consumer, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical clients.
