Diversity Drivers - Leadership and Diversity in the UK and Ireland

The Mission

BCG's purpose is to unlock the potential of those who advance the world.

In that spirit, BCG Diversity Drivers invites leaders in the UK and Ireland who have demonstrated success in accelerating diversity and inclusion within businesses, institutions and more broadly society to be part of a select community who will have special access to BCG's thought leadership, problem-solving skill set, marketing capabilities and network to help further the D&I agenda.

We believe that by synthesising, promoting, enabling and celebrating these individuals using our core capabilities, Diversity Drivers will create a platform for our broader follower community to replicate successful models in their own organisations.

Our Programme

A person nominated to be a Diversity Driver will:

  • Have demonstrated a multiyear track record of promoting D&I
  • Have led the implementation of an approach or intervention meant to improve either the recruitment, advancement or retention of underrepresented minorities or establishment of an inclusive culture with measurable results

To help further unlock the potential of each Diversity Driver who joins the programme, BCG offers the following:

  • A workshop with BCG to codify your unique approach or intervention into a repeatable model for other organisations to follow
  • Creation of one to two digestible multimedia assets which allow others to learn about the approach and impact to be used within the organisation (we refer to these as "Driver Downloads")
  • Marketing of the digital assets via BCG digital channels (hosted on the BCG website, promoted on LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • Optional profiling of you and your organisation on the BCG website
  • Subscription to BCG thought leadership on Diversity & Inclusion topics and opportunity to speak to the authors
  • Invitation to exclusive client-networking events such as a twice-yearly reception at the Royal Academy of Arts
