BCG is committed to supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce so that we can deliver extraordinary value and be agents of change—for our clients, our people, and society.
BCG in the UK is also dedicated to moving the conversation on equality and diversity beyond our own organisation. Diversity Drivers, a collaborative forum of senior executive champions, was created to discuss and develop practical steps for organisations to drive impact and increase visibility of diversity and inclusion.
Within the London office, we run a number of initiatives in line with our global diversity strategy under four key pillars: Family@BCG, Pride@BCG, Women@BCG, and our Black Network.
An external network and forum of D&I champions committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace
Committed to increasing the number, success, visibility and satisfaction of women within the firm, specifically in the UK
Supporting UK BCGers across functions, cohort, gender and family situation so that they can successfully manage family commitments and a career in parallel
Bringing employees who identify as LGBT+ together and reinforcing BCG’s core values, especially “diversity” and “respect for the individual"
We are delighted that Elliot Vaughn has once again been named as one of the top 100 LGBT+ Executives by OUTstanding. Elliot, who leads our Pride@BCG network globally, has also been recognised for his tremendous work in founding the LGBTQ+ charity GiveOut.
