Francisco Salmerón is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice. He coleads BCG’s work in the service topic within the Industrial Goods practice.

Since joining BCG in 2003, Francisco has worked with a wide range of industrial clients, acquiring deep experience in machinery. He has helped numerous companies design the strategy for their service businesses, and he has supported them in service sales, service delivery, customer management, and the definition of the necessary organization and KPIs to support transformation.

In his work, Francisco has also helped define the implications of digital on service businesses, from new services and business models to improved processes.

Prior to joining BCG, Francisco worked for a manufacturing and engineering defense company.
