Maël Robin is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group. He joined BCG in the Paris office where he worked for four years before moving to Montréal. Maël has been involved in over 20 engagements, mostly in retail banking, asset management, and insurance. Among other projects, he conducted a cost reduction and organization simplification diagnostic for the four business units (retail, wealth management, commercial banking, capital markets) of a large North American bank, developed the omnichannel distribution strategy for a North American leading cooperative, and defined an integrated view of strategic priorities and built a bank-wide transformation roadmap across business lines for a universal European bank. 

Prior to joining BCG, Maël held several positions in the French Ministry of Finances for five years. Maël started his career as an analyst in mergers and acquisitions within the Paris office of Lehman Brothers.
