Thilo Zelt is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector practice and part of the German public sector leadership team. He specializes in strategy assignments as well as digitization and transformation. He is an expert on digital strategies for government agencies and cities (Smart Cities), artificial intelligence, reorganization and process optimization, change management, program management, and communication strategies.

Thilo has led client engagements for the German and other national governments in a variety of departments.

Prior to joining BCG, Thilo worked as a Partner at Roland Berger for six years, and as a consultant and entrepreneur for ten years.
