Victor Chen is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s global Corporate Development practice and helps lead the practice in Greater China.

Victor has acquired significant experience working with providers of telecommunication-network solutions, consumer electronics manufacturers, and providers of business process outsourcing, among other clients. His project work includes advising various Chinese conglomerates on capital management, shareholder value management, and investment strategy, and developing a plan for a leading multinational consumer health-care company to meet its 5-year growth objectives.

Victor has also helped a leading global medtech company identify a new-market-entry strategy and advised a prominent Chinese automotive OEM on developing a corporate venture-capital platform and main investment arm.

Before joining BCG in 2009, Victor was a director at Golin/Harris International in Asia-Pacific, working in particular in consumer electronics, network solutions, and electronic materials.
