BCG Women in Technology is delighted to be hosting an evening of discussion and networking as part of London Tech Week 2018.

The event will bring together female leaders from the creative industries to explore how technology is disrupting traditional business models and opening up new ways of interacting with customers and users.

We are very excited to be welcoming inspiring speakers from YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, the BBC, Instagram, and Metail. The evening will be chaired by our very own Nadjia Yousif, Partner and Women@BCG Lead in London.

The evening will include a Q&A session followed by drinks and an opportunity to meet leading thinkers on these topics with men and women from across the industry.

Kimberley is an experienced and innovative industry expert shaping the products of one of the most successful e-commerce companies in the world.

In her time at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP she has worked across the entire user journey from homepages and product pages to shopping bag and checkout, across websites and apps.

Kimberley worked with executives to help shape the five-year strategy for Content & Commerce and is well on her way to realizing their goals!

Grace Boswood

COO Design and Engineering, BBC

Grace is one of fastest rising leaders in the UK media industry. She has held a number of senior positions at the BBC where she has driven technology-led transformation and continues to be a force for change.

In her current role, she is responsible for strategic projects within the BBC’s technology and digital teams, has editorial responsibility for the BBC Homepage and leads the BBC’s VR and Voice teams.

Caroline Drucker

Head of Strategic Partnerships EMEA Instagram

Caroline Drucker is a dynamic and influential leader, listed in 2015 Germany’s leading Marketing and Advertising trade magazine W&V as one of the top 13 “Young and Creative” thinkers to shape Germany’s media landscape. The Women’s Business Portal EditionF listed her as one of 25 women shaping Germany’s digital future.

In her spare time, Caroline is an advisor to the Geekettes, is a mentor at Telekom’s Hub:Raum accelerator and on the advisory board to the yearly retail conference from the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institut.

Sarah Walter

Chief Creative Officer, Metail

Sarah is a high-energy leader and entrepreneur with a wealth of experience from careers spanning print magazine, high street fashion brands and technology.

In her current role at Metail, she delivers the consumer proposition for the business including branding, new business, marketing and publicity.
