At BCG, Visionaries navigate complexity with ease. They use their insight and intuition to identify the solutions that will create lasting impact. Diego has the courage to take action.
From the very beginning, BCG has supported my personal and professional development by giving me the opportunity to learn from great leaders.
BCG's selection process was a whole new experience for me. I wasn't familiar with case interviews, so I started to learn about frameworks and then practiced a lot on my own and with friends. At first, I found it very challenging. But the more I practiced, the more I liked the case interaction. In addition, the friendliness of all of the interviewers made me feel at ease from the beginning. After two rounds of interviews I finally received the incredible news that I was accepted at BCG and already knew I wanted to be part of the team.
In my first week at BCG, I received training from different BCGers of the region. This helped me to get the sufficient knowledge to start working on my first assignments. Three weeks later, I flew to São Paulo for BCG's South America induction training. It was a remarkable experience; I learned a lot from highly experienced BCGers and also made a lot of new friends!
Diego holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Universidad del Pacifico and is a 2016 Level III CFA candidate.
