Lindsay Chim joined Boston Consulting Group in 2006. She is a lead member of the People & Organization practice at the firm with a focus on organization design, change management, and agile. Lindsay helps clients optimize their organizations, including in mergers and acquisition contexts. She has worked with clients in industrial goods, banking and financial institutions, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.

In her M&A engagements, Lindsay covers talent and organization stream, organization structure and design, HR planning, and Day 1 readiness. In addition to mergers and acquisitions, her casework has covered operating model design and implementation, post-merger integration, and transformation.

As a leader in the People & Organization practice, Lindsay designed and built the firm's software and support capability to enable large scale reorganizations. She is currently a member of the North America leadership team for agile ways of working.

Prior to joining BCG, Lindsay was an Assistant Brand Manager for the Ritz Cracker and Chips Ahoy! biscuit brands for Kraft Foods in China.
