Rahul Aggarwal joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Project Leader in 2010. He is a core member of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice, and specializes in telco cost reductions, energy, and operations. Rahul is the Marketing Leader for BCG in Southeast Asia and also leads TURN, BCG’s turnaround practice, for that region.

Rahul has broad experience in technology and telecommunications in the US and in Southeast Asia-- especially the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore—and has helped many companies with growth-related issues. His work focuses on profitability and productivity improvement–including network improvement, procurement, churn management, and customer experience management. Rahul has also worked with clients in the fields of technology, health care, and private equity. Much of his work has been on maximizing investments returns.

Before he became a consultant, Rahul developed telecommunications software for large telco equipment manufacturers.
