François Dalens is a core member of BCG's Consumer and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices.

Since joining BCG in 1997, François has advised multinational corporations and retailers on a wide range of topics, including growth strategy, marketing and sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, post-merger integration, and organization. He previously led BCG’s globalpackaged goods sector.

Over the course of his career, François has worked on numerous engagements in the consumer industry related to the commercial organization, innovation, and globalization. He has led growth-acceleration programs, sales-effectiveness initiatives, and operations and supply chain efficiency-improvement efforts. He has also worked extensively in the food and beverage sector on issues related to growth strategy, carve-outs, and trade relationships.

Prior to joining BCG, François was a manager at A.T. Kearney. He previously worked for Procter & Gamble as the European marketing director for the personal cleansing category.
