Meini is a thought leader in the software and SaaS sector specializing in driving business model transformations to subscription and SaaS models. He has led comprehensive transformations for clients across many different industry verticals with a focus on demand assessment; product roadmap and migration approach; business case and shareholder value realization; and operating model transformation including go-to-market, services, and customer success.

Meini has designed and implemented customer success organizations and capabilities for clients of all sizes across software industry verticals and beyond. He is also an expert in next-generation sales and sales transformations. His recent project experience includes a demand generation engine, B2B digital marketing, coverage model design, and segmentation.
