Shane Fisher joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011. She is a core member of the Consumer practice specializing in retail, and an expert in digital marketing, media and personalization, and large scale change for retail and consumer clients.

Shane has spent her last five years at BCG working with retail/consumer clients to stand up new digital customer experiences to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention --- including personalization, digital media optimization, campaign segmentation and deployment solutions, and loyalty redesign.

In her recent case work, Shane has led personalization transformations and end-to-end platform builds, including process design, pilot test design and analytics, definition of product specs for platform build, and campaign strategy and execution.

Shane leads the Women@BCG initiative for the Seattle office as well as pro bono work with local social and public sector clients.
